I have really been getting into this Halloween thing. Everyday a new idea comes to me and I have to try it. Today it is the cobweb felted ghost with a pictorial tutorial. The bat is needle felted with no tutorial. It was fairly easy and didn’t take much time. To see the tutorial on the ghost and to read instructions on the bat, go to my blog at Felting Fads.I used dark brown roving for the bat. I formed the body somewhat like a mouse. I cut the wings from needle felted roving which as like a fabric once felted. The body is formed and dimensional, so I simply had to needle the wings onto the back of the bat. I needled the eyes into the head. OUCH!
