Her great aunt designed patterns for yarn companies in the 1940's and 50's and she and her mother taught Jessie to knit. She knits constantly and is diverse in her choice of knitting projects and then she discovered felting about 2 or 3 years ago and she has made several felted bags. She designs and knit sweaters and loves using a variety of colors in her designs. As we all see, Jessie is a awesome poet also!
