Amigurumi Toys embellished with needle felting “Tutorial”

Armina of “Everything Amigurumi and Everything in Between”, has an interesting tutorial on her blog on using needle felting to embellish her sweet Amigurumi toys.

Armina  is self-taught in knitting and crochet and she has been loving her craft for over twenty years. Her interest in knitting and crochet was revived a few years ago and she has not stopped since! Like most of us, she is still learning and exploring. Recently she started making stuffed toys and loves every minute of the creative process.

The word is derived from a combination of the Japanese words ami, meaning crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi, meaning stuffed doll.
