Every year Lolly Chop makes a little something extra for her mom to wear with her Easter outfit and this years project is just darling. Lolly has a complete pictorial tutorial for this flower bouquet.  Although Easter is over, this would make a charming addition for a baby shower, bridal shower and gift topper or anytime you want something lovely for a special occasion.
