Tutorial for Plushie, sock and felt totoros, not bunnies :( sorry, they looked like bunnies!

March 9, 2011 by Linda Lanese

BanDitte out of Denmark created these darling bunnies and offers us the complete instruction on ‘Cut Out + Keep”.  Since lent began today we will have to start thinking of Easter and how cute would these be in a youngsters basket.  This is the perfect bunny for the little one with nothing to harm them like button eyes etc.  I love these little guys and plan on making a few.  I am still going to use it as a bunny pattern 🙂

These are adorable, and I appreciate you sharing the link. But they are more properly totoros, not bunnies, from the wonderful anime My Neighbor Totoro, as the author herself notes. Now I’m off to find some socks to alter!

As Carolyn said, they are Totoros, but actually I started out wanting to make a bunny, so it fits just as well 🙂
You could maybe make felt teeth for them, to make them more bunnylike.
    Thank you for posting me!
