Mistletoe Kissing Ball

I found this “Mistletoe Kissing Ball” on “Apartment Therapy” a place where I visit often. The tradition of kissing under a ball of mistletoe has its origins in Norse mythology. Today, a mistletoe kissing ball adds a festive touch to holiday decor, and your kids will have a blast trying to avoid getting anywhere near it.  But I think some people might spend a lot of time sanding under it.  “The True Story of Mistletoe” Mistletoe is one of those plants that we only think about during the holiday season.  The tradition is, if caught beneath a bough of mistletoe with another, you are supposed to kiss.  After each kiss, a berry is to be plucked off the bough, when no berries remain the kissing ends.
