This is a lovely “Felt Hydrangea Flower” for spring and Easter decorations. This tutorial is on “Useful DIY” and they are not telling the source of this tutorial, but there are plenty of pictures and a pattern for us to follow and I think we can figure out this project. If anyone knows who created this, let me know.
