How delightful are these “felt and paper and hand stitching” by Annie of “Rosie Pink” out of the South Coast of England. This is not a tutorial, but I think you can give one or two a try and see what you come up with. Thanks Annie for showing us a new idea for paper and felting. I adore these joyful hangings!
