Giveaway: Stunning Makeup Case by Sylvie Thiel

April 23, 2010 by Linda Lanese

I discovered Sylvie Thiel’s ETSY shop Lavender harvest’s and was totally blown away with her fascinating wool felt accessories. After corresponding with her she agreed to introduce her beautiful line of wool felt accessories to my readers by offering this amazing giveaway. I am totally in love with this gorgeous makeup case and know that you will love it too. Sylvie just set up a blog site (Lavender harvest) and she is new to selling her products online, so take this opportunity to own one of her one-of-a-kind, sure to be popular, items. She also has a website called Design Factory that you will want to visit.  This giveaway is for the makeup case in the beautiful orange. Take a trip over to Lavender harvest and tell her which one of her items you like the best and then come back and post your comment here on craft gossip felting.  Most of our giveaways are selected by random.org, but I think it would be nice if the shop owner picked the winning comment. This giveaway will run from today April 23rd through May 4st. I want to thank Sylvie for allowing me to hold this giveaway and to introduce her beautiful products.

i really like the makeup bag in the giveaway! It would be lovely to use that to hold my makeup while traveling 🙂

i also really like the Laptop sleeve , Lap Top cover, 15 inch. I have yet to find a laptop case that i really like and this has to be the most unique ones i have seen! i really like it. most laptop cases are boring or all look the same.
I also like the fact that these items are made in Germany!!! I think of Germany as a second home because i went there on exchange a few years ago and fell in love with the country. It would be nice to have something to remind me of the place i love so much 🙂

I absolutly love the Multifunctional sunglass case in both grey-brown and mango-red colors.
I love the fact that this sunglass case is suitable for very large sunglasses (wich I am addicted to) and that you can use it as pencil case and makeup pouch. I love multifunctional stuff because I hate having different cases for essentials in my handbag.
I love the design of this sunglass case! It’s simple, casual and chic at the same time!
And after all it’s Eco friendly.. I enjoyed taking a trip over Lavender harvest’s shop.
Thanks for a chance to win!

Other than the makeup bag, the laptop bag is amazing. Not only do the texture and color combinations look chic – but the chopstick closure adds a fantastic creative flair. This item will definitely go into my inspiration collection!

I have to say, I’ve been looking for a small second anniversary present for my Mr. and I believe I’ve found it!

The book covers are amazing! My Mr. has just published a few books and will be co-editing another. I would love to present him with copies of his books in these TOTALLY AWESOME covers. Modern, simplistic, perfect!

Thank you for introducing me to this Etsy seller, heading over to heart her now!

  34. NGS says

    April 26, 2010 at 2:23 pm

I think the makeup bag is the best. I love it in orange! But, really, I think I would use it as a case for my eyeglasses. I always travel wearing my glasses, but then if I’m dressing up when I get someplace, I usually put in contacts. Then I end up with my sunglasses in my glasses case and no place to put my regular glasses!! This has happened to me so many times, but I’ve never actually remedied the situation by buying another (necessary!) case!

So many cutsie choices makes it difficult to choose one. I like the idea of a laptop sleeve but with all the beautiful patterns on everything I’d probably go with one of the bright colored items like a bag or something.
