I did a book and giveaway on Abigail’s book The Artful Bird: Feathered Friends to Make and Sew by Abigail Patner Glassenberg. I check in on her blog “While she naps” to see what she has been up to. Well, Abigail made a little felt bird in flight and she thought you might like to make one, too. Pretty as ornaments for the holidays, or hanging from a branch for a mobile. This bird is simple to make with a few scraps of felt and some embroidery floss. She has complete instruction and downloadable template for the bird.
