Donni of “The Magic Onions” shows us step-by-step how to make these delightful needle felted hearts using cookie cutters. I must say I am very happy to see this tutorial because I just bought the red roving and cookie cutters to make this type of heart. This is a great tutorial and so easy. Check out the Donni’s DIY.
