Kelly of “Live Laugh Rowe” wanted to have designer tissue box covers. Not the tissue box covers that are pretty standard in the stores and typically meant for bathroom use. She keeps a box of tissues in her guest room; but didn’t want to just place the boring box in the room. Talented Kelly was inspired by the West Elm felt office collection and decided to design one of her own. The best part is that her felt cover was under $1.00.
