Kelly of “Live Laugh Rowe” is an amazing crafters and uses felt in many of her projects; which I love because I can share them with you. Kelly does wonderfully clear pictorial tutorials so you never have to guess what to do next. To get this project started, grab a few supplies: Felt, Twine, Scissors, Cardboard and of course a glue gun. “Kelly got to thinking, what if I combine my love for felt and my love for garland during the holidays?
