This looks like an easy wreath to make from “Better Homes and Gardens”! You could use up all felt scrapes or buy some inexpensive felt sheets and pick your colors. Cut seven 1×8-inch strips from each felt color using pinking shears. Wrap strips around a foam wreath, with each strip slightly overlapping the previous strip; secure strips using felt glue.
