Cozy Christmas Tea Holder DIY

This is such a clever gift idea for your tea drinking friends and family members. Craft this “cozy tea pouch with Better Homes and Gardens’ patterns, felted wool, and a bit of embroidery thread for a simple and sweet Christmas gift. Download our tea pouch and reindeer patterns, available below, and cut out. Trace the reindeer head shape and the tea pouch flap on red felted wool; cut out. Trace the tea pouch body shape onto felted wool; cut out.  Sew the tea pouch flap to the body on the indicated sew line. Fold the flap over and press with an iron. Fold the tea pouch body on the fold line; press with an iron.  Then Hand-stitch a 3/4-inch wooden button to the pouch body with red embroidery thread.  Cut a buttonhole on the flap, and adhere the reindeer shape to the back of the tea pouch using felt glue. Fit a tea bag inside the pouch, and gift with a set of red mugs.  Get the patterns.
