Betz White started this project with her son using paper and then she decided to make one using felt. What a cahrming and bright Valentine chain. It looks easy enought to make and this will announce the coming of this day of love. Betz has the “Valentine Heart Chain’ tutorial on “Make Craft” and she shows us two ways to use the hearts.
