You can make as many pairs of lips or as few as you want for your “Risk in Kisses”.  Use clean cut fabric interfacings before you cut your felt lips and then iron them on; or sew them on; it is up to you. Use any sweatshirt you like, what fun to wear something like this on Valentine’s Day.  For her hooded sweatshirt AgaP used 77 pairs of lip.
