I think this is an amazing idea and Erica of “Honestly WTF” saw this on a Fendi runway show. They knew immediately they wanted one and just couldn’t imagine having to wait another several months to actually see these frills materialize. With some research, persistence, and umpteen botched attempts, they finally figured out a fail-proof pattern. And obviously, they’re sharing it with us! You could dress up plain blouses with a designer “DIY Fendi Frill”! Pick the color of felt and make several of these. She has a downloadable pattern for us and I thank her for sharing!
