“How Mom Craft” has this chic “DIY Yarn Napkin Rings” Create your own DIY Napkin Rings. You’ll need toilet paper or paper towel rolls, yarn scraps and hot glue. Cut the toilet paper rolls into 1” strips. Glue an end of the yarn on the inside of the tube and start wrapping it around. They also show you how to make a holder for a place card. I may make some in red, white and blue for the 4th of July!
