Happy Hooligans is hosted by Jackie, a wife and mom to two teen boys. She also runs a daycare out of her home started in 1998 and thus comes the name The Hooligans. Many of her projects are geared to young children to keep the kids happy and busy. I think these little Cork Owls are so cute and something a preschooler; with your help could make.
