Shellie Wilson of our sister blog “craft bits” has this cute “Halloween Skeleton Banner tutorial” for us to make, it is never too early to think Halloween! The retail stores have had their Halloween decorations out for a month. Shellie has a complete tutorial on how to create this cool dude. Shellie says we can make her Skeleton for about 3 dollars. The one pictured here is approximately 24 inches long and 16 across at its widest point but you could make yours larger or make mini-skeletons and string them together on a length of black twine for an fun Halloween garland.
