Go! Felt! Win! {Take Two}: Easy DIY Cheer Pom-Poms and Skirt

I want to make my 15 month old Granddaughter a Cleveland Browns Halloween costume this year.  While searching the net I found “Go! Felt! Win! {Take Two}: Easy DIY Cheer Pom-Poms” by Gina of “CampClem”! She made a little cheer uniform for Sissy to cheer on her Li’l Bros soccer team and she is a cutie and about the same size as our Loralye.  I will be using the Cleveland Brown’s Color; brown and orange.  Thanks to Gina I can now get a good idea on how to create mine.
