She already had the felt, ribbon, and stuffing, so she got all 6 hats for 70 cents, Can you beat her price? Check around the house for your black felt supply and give one a try. She shows how to cut and assemble the hat and make the felt flowers. To make your own mini witch hat, you need a small amount of black felt, polyfill stuffing, and something to decorate your hat with (ribbon, tulle, flowers, plastic spiders or skulls, fake spider webs etc) These are so cute and if you don’t dress up for Halloween; you can wear these when handing out your treats.
