DIY Project: Halloween Treat Bag Tutorial

As my childern got older the bigger the pillow case had to be for Halloween Treat Bag.  This bag tutorial is on “design sponge” by Maxwell Tielman and he said “when he went out trick-or-treating as a kid, he had only one goal: to get as much candy as humanly possible. In order to do this, he started early, attempting to cover as much ground as possible before it got late”.
