Halloween “Penny Rug” Table Runner

Alecia of “Chicken Scratch NY” lives in Upstate NY with her husband on a small farm with plenty of animals to keep them company.  Alecia has the neatest tutorial on how to make a “Halloween Penny Rug Table Runner” She claims this is an easy one evening project and I am sure it is.  She says she made up this table runner in an evening. She took an old-fashioned Crafts and it into contemporary table runner. This lost arts slightly adjusted makes a new and bright addition to our decor. She shows you exactly how to cut and assemble the pennies for the table runner she used black and white felt but you can use any colors you desire.
