Jessica from “Two Shades of Pink” is sharing this adorably cute ghost garland with speech bubbles for “Spooktacular 2014″ on Eighteen 25” hosted by sisters, Jamie, Jodie and Jennifer and 1825 was their house number growing up! Jessica said she had many ideas this year but wanted something simple and family friendly. I think these little guys are the cutest and really make a spooky statement; really! Jessica has a perfect tutorial and she also has the cute speech bubbles for you to print out.
