Kalleen of “at Second Street” has an alternative for children not being allowed to wear Halloween costumes to school any longer. She made these adorable spider web hair bands for her daughters to wear to school and she made one for herself. They are easy to make and your kids we love having something that represents Halloween when they go to school without a costume.
