Does everybody have their Halloween costumes made for the children? If you don’t Liz and Elizabeth of Simple Simon and Company have you covered!  They have the cutest little Capes that can be put together in a snap. They have three adorable outfits for girls with a complete pattern and tutorial with a lot of pictures for you to follow along and I am sure your kids will be thrilled with these and will want several for other occasions.
