Easy No-Sew Sweater Wreath

Debbie is a retired French teacher who loves all things French and host “Confessions of a Plate Addict”!  Debbi has a lovely tutorial for her “Easy No-Sew Sweater Wreath”.  She has step-by-step instructions showing us just how to make one like her. She used two kinds of flowers for some contrast and texture.
