How To Make A Hummingbirds Nest: Needle Felting Tutorial

If you live in the eastern part of the United States I don’t think you’re going to see many birdies building nest yet we have at least a foot of snow on the ground. So maybe we can trick spring by building this gorgeous needle felted nest by Donni of “The Magic Onion”. She has an amazing pictorial for you to follow and I love this look.  The nest looks so natural with brown rough roving kind of irregular and with the feathers and the twine mixed in and I think that you will use this through Easter and into summer. Once you get your nest built you can then make a little birdie or by one with some little eggs and put it in your nest and then nature will say oh it’s ready for the sunshine and put smiles on everybody’s face.
