Felted Stone Rug

Lori of “yes, i MADE that” blogs out of Canada created this beautiful felted stone rug with different wools.  She used roving for some of the balls and felted sweaters for some and yarn for others.  I posted this rug three years ago and I think this is worth a repost. Lori’s use of felted sweaters will make bigger felted stones and you can make a bigger rug.  Make one of these up for your mom for Mother’s Day so when she gets out of bed in the morning her feet can touch the soft luxurious rug.
