If you’re looking for something patriotic that you can make with your children try this “Felt Build-a-Flag” by Linda. Linda of “Little Family Fun” is a wife and mom of four children, 3 boys and one girl. She started her blog in 2009; right after her second baby was born. With a new baby she struggled with what to do with her oldest besides putting him in front of the TV all day. Through the advice of a good friend, she started spending time with him doing simple crafts, activities, and just having fun together. She listened to the advice and created a blog dedicated to creating simple ideas for teacher’s parents and children. She has a nice pictorial tutorial for you to follow along and this is a really cute idea and you could use these in several ways for decorations or even placemats.
