Let’s Make Something For Dad! Needle Felting for Rugby Fans

May 16, 2022 by Liza Adams

Rugby ball by Needle felting

If you are a lover of all things crafty, like myself, you probably already know it’s super hard to create anything for the males in your life.  If you’re lucky you have a few guys that just love handmade things, or cute things, but most guys I know just nod and smile and wonder what you would do with a small bear or a handmade card.

This is one of those projects where you might actually impress, especially if they are already a rugby fan.  What I like about the idea for this one is that you can personalize it, you could add any lettering you like so their fav team or country, their own name or fav players name!  Team colours would be a hit too and you could make this smaller if you wanted to as well!

The amazing tutorials over at Yamaha Global just blow me away, so technically sound, so detailed and so different.  You can easily follow along with even their seriously difficult projects that are also on the website.

This one, however, is a bit easier for those of us wishing to scale the dizzying heights of perfection as shown in all their projects.  Super inspirational and you even have pdfs and videos to work along with.

I highly recommend you have a look through their projects for Dad, if Fathers day is coming up where you live, this one just might be a winner!
