An Easter Egg Tutorial! Free from Woolly Meadows

March 17, 2023 by Liza Adams

Easter Egg Needle Felting Kit Beginner Felting Easter Egg image 1

Can you believe it’s almost Easter?  I like to make something new for each of these seasonal celebrations, like Christmas and Halloween, so that it keeps my decorations fresh and bountiful!  So if you haven’t had a go at making Easter eggs with needle felting this great little video tutorial will get you started!

This tutorial actually gives you great ways to decorate your eggs which is so useful as there are many tutorials for making the eggs, with either wet or dry felting, but not so many that teach you how to make patterns on the surface!

So if you want to wet felt your eggs first rather than needle felting them, you can do that and then follow along and decorate them afterward!

I hope you enjoy this fun project, they make great gifts or you can hang them from different places around your home!
