Wet felt a Background Sheet then Create an Art Piece!

October 18, 2023 by Liza Adams

Wet Felting a "Fairy Fantasy" Blended Canvas Background to Needle Felt Onto #livingfelt - YouTube

I’m so pleased to share this neat craft tutorial with you today!  I have always enjoyed whatever classes Marie from Living Felt shares, but this is particularly fun as you get to wet felt and then needle felt!  You can learn a lot from this class, so it’s great for beginners and those who have done this before as well because Marie always adds valuable info in her classes.

As usual you get the full step by step, advice and tips that are so useful.  These classes are like sitting in person and learning from the best, you will be sure to come up with something you are very proud of!

If you enjoyed that and can’t quite decide what design to use for your next layers check out the companion video here:  Needle Felt Fairy House

I hope you enjoy these cute projects, there’s nothing like getting your hands wet and getting stuck into some gorgeous fibres!  These tactile projects are wonderful for immersing yourself into something, taking you mind off life and really doing something just for the fun of it!

Happy felting!
