Noni signed Pattern Giveaway, Gorgeous Laptop Bag US only

October 25, 2008 by Linda Lanese

As I said we will be giving away a signed Noni pattern each week unit after Thanksgiving.  This Noni original design Laptop bag pattern is lovely and I think anyone would love this as a gift.  Please tell who you will be making this bag for and why and we will select a winner.  This giveaway will run the 25th through the 30th of October.  Please join in 🙂

Bold, beautiful color. These gorgeous Laptop bags are for when you want to be noticed. The Covered With Dots version is a color rich adventure in intarsia knitting from bottom to top with dots of all shades against a bright yellow or black background. A Few Dots is simpler knitting as look-rows of contrast colored dots wrap around the bottom and opening of the bag and stretch across the bottom of the flap.

I would love to knit the bag for my children Bud and Mick. I currently have a lot of time on my hands as I have breast cancer. Knitting helps take my mind off the negative part of my life and focus on the positive like my children. My husband passed away 5 years ago from kidney cancer, so the kids have a lot experience of dealing with this horrible disease. Yet, they are both very brave and give me a lot of encouragement and confidence. Which in the end is half the battle. Thanks for letting me join your contest.

Oh wow what timing! My 16 year old daughter started college full time this fall and just the other day asked me to make her a computer bag. This from the child who never asks her mom to knit her much at all! SO been searching for the perfect pattern/design and this would fit the bill!
