Earth Day, Going Green with Betz White

April 22, 2009 by Linda Lanese

Who is greener than Betz? I have done a couple of articles on Betz White and she has an amazing imagination on recycling wool sweaters into a adorable cupcakes, teacups and either can be used as a pincushion. Betz has been on the Martha Stewart show showing her recycling crafting skills. She also did a book called Warm Fuzzies and she now has a new book called Sewing green. When I was on her blog she had the most adorable little felted nests with little eggs in them. She offers some really fun tutorials on her blog as well as selling her treasures in her shop. Do pay Betz to visit and see what’s new in the world of recycling useless things into amazing usable items. You can buy her new book from her shop or from Amazon.com. Thanks to Betz the world is a greener place to live in and create in.
