Felt Rose Ring Tutorial

What a charming addition this felt Rose ring will add to any Easter outfit.  Your choices of colors are endless and what you do with the rose is your preference.  I found this tutorial on Cut Out + keep by Angelichigo.  This is a great tutorial with amazing step-by-step pictures to follow.  This is Angelichigo’s first time doing a Rose out of felt and what an awesome creation.
