DIY Felt Warm Hearts

Maureen Cracknell Handmade always has fun projects on her blog and charming items to buy in her shop. Maureen and her two youngest children and she decided to do a little crafting together. What they made, they are calling “warm hearts” named by Jacob and loved by all of us. This turned out to be the perfect project, for this snowy day, so she said she had to share!
