Abigail of “While she naps” has a delightful tutorial on how to make a Handkerchief Fish with felt embellishments. She uses Ping Pong Balls for the fish’s head and then uses pieces of felt for a delightful face and fins. A bag of six Ping Pong Balls for a dollar was her inspiration.
