Felt monsters to make with your kids {plus free mix-n-match pattern}

February 5, 2013 by Linda Lanese

felt monsters

Allow the children to get into crafting their Valentine felt monsters they will have a ball and there is nothing like encouraging your children to be creative.  Having your children use their hands to make something cute in this age of technology when all they do is play computer games.  Autumn of “it’s Always Autumn” is doing us a service with her adorable creative monsters for children to make along with a little help from mom. Autumn is starting her “share the love week” with a great project you can do with your kids: mix-n-match felt monsters.  Autumn and her four-year-old spent a few happy hours last week designing, cutting out, and sewing up a monster for him. They had such a great time that she created a mix-n-match PDF pattern, which includes five different monster bodies, five different sets of eyes, five mouths, and five different accessories. She has a free pattern and instructions on how to make and customize your own monster.  Like “it’s Always Autumn” on Facebook and follow her projects.
