Stephanie Chan hosts “The Silly Pearl” and also has an ETSY shop called “The Silly Pearl” and she has a tutorial on making an easy felted heart garland using a thrift shop wool sweater and some wool yarn. She has just discovered felting so this was great her first project and for anyone who is curious about it. She did an amazing job for her first time and I think it is darling.
