This glow in the dark spider webbing is one of the coolest things I have seen around the web or in stores. I really have to buy some for next year; I kind of used my Halloween budget this year. To make these little guys you need: white felt; felting foam; felting needle; glow in the dark spider webbing; white, pink, and black embroidery floss; 2 black buttons; hand needle; scissors; GHOST glow in the dark pattern; stuffing.
