Heather is the creative mom behind “Small Fry & Co”! I know Heather created “Ruffle Heart T-shirt” for kids; but I want one 🙂 She has a very understandable tutorial for us. This is an easy and extremely non-technical Valentine’s Day repurposing project. She turned an old t-shirt into this ruffle heart appliqué for a kids t-shirt or an ones’.
