DIY Painted Kilim Rug Tutorial

Kilim Rug

Kilim Rug is a flat tapestry-woven carpets or rugs produced from the Balkans to Pakistan. Kilims can be purely decorative or can function as prayer rugs. Recently kilims are popular floor-coverings in Western households. 

Shaleah is a stay at home mom, wife, designer and hosts “The Gold Jellybean” She made is stunning Kilim Rug and is showing us how too.  Think of all you can do and where you can use a Kilim Rug.  Following Shaleah tutorial this project looks very achievable.  She used an inexpensive tightly woven rug (she chose this one from Ikea)!
