GhostTable RunnerI found this darling Ghost Table Runner on “eHow” by Debbie Williams. She has a complete tutorial and there is a pattern so you can make this for your Halloween table. This project is a NO SEW, just follow Debbie’s step-by-step pictorial and you will have a cute Halloween decoration that will get your guests smiling!
