I was searching the Internet on how to make a felt leprechaun hat and I ended up on YouTube where they have a variety of ways to make your hats. The one pictured is my favorite and it is all hand sewn and you can watch the entire excellent video tutorial and download the pattern form Kawaii Perfection. Although there are hats made with felt and glue; or like the one here that is all hand sewn. If anyone has a hat patterns and tutorial they would like to share please let me know thank you.
