A Cozy Little Book Full of Felted Holiday Magic – Felted Festive Creations

October 20, 2025 by Shellie Wilson

If you’re anything like me, you start planning Christmas crafts long before the tree goes up — and this book, Felted Festive Creations, fits perfectly into that early holiday excitement. It’s a beautiful collection of small, seasonal needle felting projects that are as charming as they are approachable.

The book walks you through 15 wool projects, from classic ornaments and stars to sweet little plushies and mini scenes. What I really love is how simple yet satisfying these designs are. They’re not intimidating — just cozy, creative, and easy to follow. Perfect for a weekend craft or a handmade gift idea.

Elowen’s instructions are clear and encouraging, and the photography feels warm and festive without being over-styled. I particularly loved the little felted snowman and heart ornament — they were quick makes that turned out adorable enough to gift (though I’m keeping mine!).

It’s a wonderful addition to any felter’s bookshelf — whether you’re new to the craft or looking for joyful inspiration to refresh your holiday décor.
