THIS CASUAL BAG was inspired by the creator Michelle Mach’s love of mystery novels. The embroidery on the flap—Locus Delicti—is Latin for “scene of the crime.” The embroidery inside the flap (“Move along, nothing to see here”) covers the back of her stitching and reinforces the mystery theme. I personally love the look and color of this bag and think it is a fun project to make from an old sweater.
