Page’s Felt Flower Winter Wreath Tutorial

Since it is so hot here is the USA, maybe thinking of winter will cool us off.  This stunning wreath is by page shown on “The Purl Bee”.  Page had wanted to make a wreath in all white and ecru felt for some time, but when they got in their fun, new neon threads she knew she had to bring the two worlds together to create a wintery white wreath with playful bursts of color that would bring a smile to her face all winter long.
